Glenda Slawson might be able to bring you up to date on lawsuits not in Federal Courts.

I know today the 9th of July is Federal Court with Mrs. Slawson as the plaintiff and you know the rest. The truth will surface on these matters starting today.

Billy I am sorry I failed to contact you and tell you there was a change! My attorney and I received a certified letter giving us the date of July 9th and this date was agreed on by all parties. But when we went to have people, documents subpoenaed. We then find out the Court Clerk had never been notified set the date for Court. Someone dropped the ball and it wasn't from my end! Also this was civil lawsuit not federal they are being filled this week with some more suits. Billy when I found out you where on vacation and I am sorry you where not aware of the change! [/code]
