"Body Language is a term for communication using body movements or gestures instead of, or in addition to, sounds, verbal language or other communication. It forms part of the category of paralanguage, which describes all forms of human communication that are not verbal language. This includes the most subtle of movements that many people are not aware of, including winking and slight movement of the eyebrows. In addition body language can also incorporate the use of facial expressions."

The above definition is from Wikipedia....read it and gain a valuable understanding of it. You were elected to the BOA by constituents and your job is to speak for your constituents. Even the mayor cannot hold you in any form of harm for speaking your mind and not letting him influence your EVERY decision. If he threatens that, well its then called "political intimidation." You sit at the board meetings like a 4 year old child waiting for recess in pre-school. You just cannot wait until the end....this is evident b/c you repeatedly glance at your watch. You sit with folded arms and shake your legs. You don't look at anyone when they speak directly to you nor do you listen to what they have to say. If you are inconvienced by having to attend these meetings...well then....step down from your post. I am sure we can find a citizen of this town who is not afraid of Danny and will listen to citizens and stand up for them too!
