As you and I know, the verbal contract for tree trimming on Cooper Nicholson Rd was fraudulent at best. I have noticed over the last month as I pass thru that area that Joe Thompson made $17,500 on that most of the 600+ trees look like they were never in a roadway's "right of way." I may be an idiot, but Danny's land runs alongside that road and on the hillside abut 50-60 feet from the roadway you can see numerous trees that were laid down on that hillside. Did Gordon say they cut that many trees on the road's right of way to get the city to pay for it. I have tried to count the stumps as Gordon suggested it but without walking that stretch I can get a good count....but I think its a far cry away from 600. Just food for thought!
