Last evening I read the post concerning now former Chief Rush. I took
the position that I would not comment and await further post to gain
more information. It was my intention to suggest that Mayor Crosby
investigate these claims and take the proper action. It appears Mr.
Rhodes has covered this issue.

I did however conduct some of my own investigations and as a result I
do call upon Sheriff Bollinger to take proper action with respect to
Deputy Coulon for contacting Mrs. Slawson and providing her with
false information. Mrs. Slawson has posted on this forum several
times admitting to her medical/mental illness. Deputy Coulon knew or
should have known that this were case her to engage in fooling

it worth the BS. The next question is will the judge find your
behavior reasonable given the number of lights, siren and PA use by
the officer. During my days as a beat cop and later as a detective I
found that most cars that did not stop right away were looking for a
good spot to bail out and run or to stash their dope. This all
created unnecessary tension between you and the officer who stopped
you. You may have even gotten a warning.

Regarding Sam Childs claims about $60,000.00 software which I
suggested he demand answers. During the last board meeting he said
nothing squat!!!. My investigation revealed that the total cost was
approved in the minutes of the MBA with Childs present for a figure
of less than $15,000.00. Sam this act alone has me disappointed in
you. I had supported you and Peggy during the election and now you
both keeping sitting by idle and allowing the BS to continue. You
cannot unseat the Mayor with lies you need facts. Peggy has enough
proof to have Crosby exiled to the moon and sits on it. You, Sam
Childs lets a dumb Georgia County boy convicted felon beat you in the
election. Sooner or later you will hear a big "POP" it will be your
head flying out of you butt.

I have never really claimed to be the Police. There were several
tapes made of several conversations that were held by Danny Crosby
and various Police Officers. These tapes were in the possession of
Former Chief Benard. Prior to the ouster petition proceedings Chief
Benard turned these tapes over to Peggy , the only person he
considered was a trusted member left in city hall. This information
was discovered during a TBI investigation regarding Crosby's conduct
as mayor. These tapes varied in subject from such topics as alleged
targeting statements (and other statements that are self
incriminating ) made by Crosby to disciplinary meetings concerning
Officers Jonathan Coulon and Rodney Porter. I also never would
suggest that Peggy would intentionally engage in unlawful activity. I
do suggest that intentionally withholding evidence may be improper.

One of two things has occurred either these tapes clear or crucify
Crosby. Peggy should deliver the tapes. She does not deny possessing

at the next city board meeting. Put her on the record and lets clear

I commend the Sheriff from banning any officer from the
dispatch area. TBI rules governing the NCIC/TIES, the fancy name for
the system that Police check people out with, prohibit non-operators
from being near this equipment. The Robertson dispatch has a window
to talk with visitors and others conducting business through. This
window has a slot to pass documents through. There is also several
locked doors providing for dispatch safety. Coopertown "management"
has allowed their officers to spend hours "on official business" at
the dispatch office thus leaving the city with reduced police
protection. If you view several earlier post this accusation was
observed when then Officer Tomin was spending hours visiting his
girlfriend (now wife) at Robertson dispatch.

I call upon Mayor Crosby to direct the current management of
the police department to restrict such dispatch visits to official
business. Just like Burger King get in get your stuff and get out.
Come back to Coopertown and protect the city. Excessive visits
of "unofficial business" at dispatch can distract these operators and
the results can be serious. Folks dialing 911 for help, officers
calling in and delays of a reply, or a more serious claim that was
recently raised. A historic home was destroyed by fire on Martins
Chapel Rd. earlier this fall and many folks complained about the
delayed fire response. There is a limited dispatch staff and I
commend these folks for the fine job that they do with their limited
resources. They do not need the Coopertown Police spending their
shift at dispatch distracting them.

I would be amazed to believe that the Sheriff an elected
official, would tell Coopertown residents that pay county taxes that
he is not going to provide dispatch service to Coopertown citizens.
During my relationship with Sheriff Bollinger he has always been
cooperative to Coopertown. I have also heard that some feel that the
good sheriff already cut his ties with Crosby when he hired not 1 but
2 officers fired from Coopertown for SERIOUS VERFIED MISCONDUCT,
Coulon and Porter.

I further refuse to believe that Officer Cole (1108) a new

possession an email that addresses a possible shut down of the police
department. The P.O.S.T. commission audited the Police Department at
the request of Chief Rush and found numerous violations of POST
rules. These violations were ignored and a team of investigators was
sent out to meet with the Police Department. My information is that
Crosby complied with the directions of the POST and is not in danger
of decertification. I was not able to determine the nature of the
violations.

I will never claim be a staunch supporter of the police, I
just hate anti-government whiners.

To whoever is running the department now, Chief Rush??? I was
driving through Coopertown Monday December 23 and got stopped for 37
MPH in a 35 Zone. I got $606.85 worth of a ticket they also took all
my beer. I followed these guys to city hall. I hid in the woods and
saw Crosby, Gordon and Peggy drinking my beer and singing Christmas
carols while this Cole guy was burning a trash bag of what smelled
like marijuana.

friend is not modern history. That is very much what Hitler did.

Unsuspecting readers may then take the position that folks are just

To Gordon, does anyone ever call you and at least get your inside
insight. I am most curious. I am further confused by the citizens of

As much as I hate to listen to anyone who claims to be disgruntled, I
must agree with some of his thoughts. I propose some of my own
questions:

1) I have not seen the vehicle marked DUI ENFORCEMENT. Was this unit
disbanded?? DUI is a serious concern and should be continue to be
addressed. Does the DUI unit "make money" for the city ? I for one
think this unit should be continued. (assuming it has been
eliminated).

2) Where is the dog now?? Was it sold, were the proceeds reported??

3) I have not seen the TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT car on I24 at all lately.
Has the Highway Patrol kicked him off I 24?

4) What powers and duties are outlined for the Mayor in the city
charter.

5) What does the current police policy manual say with respect to the
Mayor's role in the operation of the PD.

6) Does the city charter allow the mayor to direct the road crew on
its daily road repairs. Why do we have Gordon if Crosby is fixing the
roads. Is he an employee.

7) Why are repainting/refurbishing old police cars?? Would it not be
a safer practice to buy new ones.

Someone please walk up to any uniformed officer and find out what
quota Crosby has established for them if any. Tape the officer then
call the FBI. Everyone seems to love secret tape recorders.

9) What is the Police protocol for receiving and investigating "dope
tips" can Crosby or anyone tell the Police who they think is smoking
dope. This begs the question how does Crosby "really know" who smokes
dope. Has he been there with them ?? Or he just an informed citizen.
How long has Crosby lived here.

10) Is Crosby a convicted felon as Chief Rush alludes to in his
statement to the press.

11) Which officers, from which departments are really allowed inside
the secure area of the 911 dispatch
office. This office is contained within the county building that
houses the Sheriff's administrative offices. Is any officers from
Coopertown banned from this building?

12) Are any of the remaining patrol officer experienced in drug
enforcement. If so are they just hunting speeders or are they looking
beyond violations and seeking out narcotics violations??

13) I would ask that Peggy ask Danny on the record (during the nexst
city board meeting)if he has truly consulted the City Attoney about
his actions/terminations. Remember folks, this is a taped meeting.
Also Peggy should ask Crosby if the City attorney approved of hiring
a new police officer without first offering this postion to one of
the laid off Cops. Will these Officers ever be approved for rehire
status??

Finally I call upon Mr. Rhodes to post some answers.
Additionally, I call upon Peggy Ruth to inquire in her position as
Alderman to contact the state comptroller. If there is any shred of
possibility that Crosby has violated the law with respect to their

in Missouri, I say we contact each man and tell him "show me". Send

Restitution for Peggy Ruth

I am blown to smithereens that you are allowing this 9th grade
backhoe operating Georgia country boy beat you all!!! I congratulate
Peggy Ruth who brought the auditors to Coopertown. When I suggested
they come I was advised that it required a request from an elected
official. My source in Nashville indicated it was in fact Mrs. Ruth.

Mrs Slawson is full of doo-doo If you read my disposition I never
liked her anyway. I cannot believe she is trying to take credit for
the good works of Alderman Ruth. The comptrollers office would not
act on what is the obvious ranting of a bi-polar nut case.

My only confusion is why Alderman Ruth does not just walk in and look
at the same files the state boys looked at. After all its public
record. During Chief Rush's reign a citizen obtained a police report
and a business card from Sarai Reed - "Public Information Officer"
The Newspaper quotes this city spokeswoman as stating that she has no
idea why the auditors were there. THIS IS A HUGE LIE.!!! Crosby knows
good and well why they are there. Mrs Ruth contacted them. If you
recall Ruth asked Danny why he gave money from the legal defense dump
fund to needy families at Christmas time. Ruth told him this was
illegal and Crosby blew her off.

It is NOT legal for the city to maintain this legal defense fund for
the dump anyway. My research shows that this must be a separate fund.
Separate from the city funds. The comptroller has no jurisdiction
over this fund. Any fraudulent activity from that fund by Crosby
would be criminal in nature and should be addressed by the District
Attorney. His number is 382-2422. Once again you all are letting
tubby beat you by using the wrong experts.

Mrs Ruth should be congratulated for her concern with respect to
calling the comptrollers office. She is a busy woman like everyone
else. She should not have to spend her day wading through mounds of
paperwork that is confusing to her. I she is going to continue to
insist that the Mayor is a dirty thief, she should call in the
experts and let the chips fall where they may.

These audits do not come cheap. When acting mayor Jack long requested
an audit by the same folks at the comptrollers office it cost over
$5000.00. We should band together and start a fund to reimburse Mrs
Ruth for her cost to obtain this latest audit. (She could have called
the DA & TBI for free though).

I have obtained a copy of the famous meeting where Crosby "laid off"
the 4 cops. (there are several under ground copies floating around) I
ask Mrs. Ruth to call for a criminal investigation as to the legality
of this taping. It would appear that Crosby made this tape without
the knowledge of those present. I say this because several of the
comments would not have been made by wise men knowing they were being
taped. Lets see if Crosby will PERSONALLY give you a copy of this
tape now!!! Now that I have posted this I doubt Crosby will give up a
copy but if he does it is hilarious. It reminds me of a Reno 911
police briefing.

This forum serves as my source of entertainment. I have discovered
that very few people actually read this forum anyway. If they did you
would see a mob at city hall during the board meetings. The latest
and most fun is watching everyone trying to figure out who I am.
Gordan Rhodes and I are NOT on the same page. And, No I am not a
current Police Officer, Sergeant, Detective or Police Chief. I agree
with the Kay Morris post. Gordon should be spreading tar and chips on
the roads. I never see Gordon out with the road crew. All I ever see
is Gordon acting as Danny's personal chauffeur and errand boy. I do
enjoy watching Gordon post the answers to questions on the forum.
Crosby has posted on this forum before and so has Larry Mulstadt. I
am now suspecting that they have been advised by some great legal
mind to cease posting on this forum. I have said this before and will
say this again. The city board meetings are audio recorded. These
recordings are public record. So I say do good homework, then come to
the city board meetings, sign up and ask those hard questions. It
will be as much fun as watching the game show contestants on who
wants to be a millionaire. You will see Ruth, Crosby or even some of
the others say familiar comments like "lets ask the audience"
or "Mulstadt, take away 2 wrong answers" or my personal favorite " I

I have addressed questions to Gordon as he has the only one who has
been going to city hall for answers. But I am amazed that he is
trying to be Crosby's personal spokesman. If you watch TV and read
the newspaper, Crosby LOVES to be his own spokesman. If Gordon is
doing his inquiries on city time, then this is mismanagement as Danny
likes to call it.

Next we have Kay Morris post. It has several valid points. Why
doesn't SHE post it? It would have more creditability. Then we have
Peggy Ruth, who I think has a desire to do the right thing. But, what
does she do?? She uses a self admitted mental heath case to do her

Tennessean posted a copy of his termination letter on their web
site. The letter details the allegations regarding Mr. Ray and
specified that an investigation was ongoing. Why was this letter not
provided to the background investigator?. Was it provided to the
Chief of Police? Did he have knowledge of it when he recommended Mr.
Ray for hire. (based on his gut feeling). Was this information
supplied to the personnel committee?

Were minutes kept of the meeting?

Who is the Sergeant that J.Rob71 thinks I am. Air it out!! I want to
shake hands with the man who has outsmarted the great Danny Crosby.
If Alderman Gill thinks that this employee is such a liability why
does he and Crosby not "downsize" him out the door.

of the Mayor and Board of Alderman, Where is the audit report? What
is the current status of the lawsuits pending against the city?

I do not know for sure who has sued whom. I have done some
homework and verified a few. 13 is an exaggerated number. But some
are humorous. First we have the Glenda Slawson lawsuit. She is suing
Coopertown, Crosby and some poor dumb street workers for illegal
grass cutting. This must have been sentimental grass. In some parts
we use the simplified phrase "pot". This begs the question whets her
damage?

Next we have Rodney Porter who according to my public record
hunt has not filed any lawsuit. Either at the federal level or in
Roberson County. He was fired by Chief Bill Rush for having a sexual
relationship with a domestic violence victim. Again, Where is the
damage? Rush had a gut feeling that this must be terribly wrong.
Hint: Here's your sign!! If anyone should sue anyone it should be the
woman Porter was sleeping with. She probably has who knows what kind
of new "medical issues" to pay for. Porter has filed a claim with the
EEOC that he was fired for being black. This is a classic case of
using one heritage to excuse ones illegal behavior. The EEOC has not
ruled on this as of yet. I will rule on now!! I have verified that
Porter is in fact black.

Next we have Officer Compton who has filed a real live
lawsuit. This lawsuit has a non-suit status memorandum pending. I am
not a lawyer but I think that means he is going to call it a day and
move on.

Next we have Officer Tally, No verified lawsuit anywhere!!!
But an EEOC claim claiming age discrimination. Have you looked at the
force lately??I It's all old men Rush, Viachi, Cole, Hahnke and
Zimmerlee. The senior citizen squad. Gordon Rhodes is a WW II
veteran. The city recorder is a grand mother.

Next we have Chief Berrera. Nothing in Robertson County.
There is one at the federal level but they have declined to hear this
case.

Then there is my personal case that I will not comment about.
I will give advice to those that want to sue. Wait until the last
possible file date to sue and drop the bomb. Do not run your trap to
the press. Remember a lesson that has burned Crosby many times. "a
closed mouth gathers no foot" or one I heard recently, " Silence is
often misunderstood but never misquoted".

Remember anyone can sue anyone. But what ever happens to the
cases. If anyone has docket numbers for the rest of these mystery
lawsuits please post them so I can save a few more months without HBO.

I think Peggy Ruth should file an incompetence lawsuit
against the police department. They should run an employment ad in
FIRED TROOPERS WEEKLY. The support group for fired Troopers who
poison their girlfriends while taking nude pics of them.

The current cops should file an annoyance lawsuit against a
certain police sergeant for bad jokes, boring stories, BS, bad breath
and shabby appearance. They should get an injunction requiring to
shower more often than the time allotted at the Mapco showers.

I did notice a pattern of 1 person using several names.

same. This is a result of mental illness for failing to take her
medication. She spent all her food stamp money on a lawyer to sue

should have sued when he ejected you from a public meeting and the

I am not seeking replies. I just enjoy tossing in my 3 cents worth.
Everyone thinks everyone has secret information. The one thing we all
forget is in a perfect world there are no secrets in city hall. Any
information I have gained is public record. I do not ask Gordon,
Crosby, Peggy or any of the past/ present cops.

It is interesting to conclude that I have divided the world into 2
camps. I am sorry if one concluded from my post that Peggy would be
confused by paperwork obtained by city hall. I AM CONFUSED BY IT

This forum is like a large tribe with many camps. Government leaders
will ALWAYS be criticized. They make songs, parodies and TV skits
about politicians every day. Now I think its fun to do the same to

I have now formed a new theory Gordon Rhodes, who spearheaded the
persecution of Glenda Slawson by mowing down her sacred grass, did

secret assassination of Crosby behind the scenes. Just look at some

Chipping Technician, Public Relations Director and on and on. Rhodes
was quoted this summer saying HE BUILT CITY HALL.

You will see an interesting twist when team players choose up sides.
It will be CHILDS/ RHODES ticket with Peggy as city recorder. Then it
will be CROSBY/BEACH ticket with all the city recorders that will
come.

Of course I support Crosby. I want him to live long enough to pay me

posting recently. I kept watching misinformed people take
misinformation and run wild with it. I figured it was time to set the
record straight, or at least ask the correct information gaining

Creditability often comes from people's reputation. Thus I admit I
would have more creditability if I used my real name. But this
presents the problem I referred to with ex chief Bill Rush. If you
talk to the media it can come back to haunt you on court day. (when
your lawsuit is heard.) This is a media form as I choose to view it.

City hall, especially the Police Dept. is run like an unorganized

So I close by saying that I have contempt for almost every city
employee I have come in contact with. I am not Crosby, Rhodes,
Crutcher or any of the kindergarten cops. City hall would be a great
location for a new COUNTY high school.

I decided to take a break and watch the fun. To Paul I am NOT Danny
Crosby, Sarai Reed or any other city employee, that does Crosby's
typing. I do however have my own claim but it is against the City and
Crosby.

I also have read the appeal decision and related petition documents.
I was an active participant in the ouster. I have reached the
conclusion that you great lawyers lack legal understanding and
reading comprehension skills.

FIRST and foremost the appeals court found that: "Crosby's conduct
and statements are strongly suggestive of `bigotry, sexism or utter
foolishness' a claim that Crosby has steadfastly denied. This says a
claim that many have made, CROSBY RUNS HIS MOUTH WITHOUT THINKING. A
fault shared by many Americans.


SECOND: The court upheld a lower court ruling to deny Crosby from
seeking his Attorney fees from the Plaintiff's If the City of
Coopertown decided to pay Crosby's Attorney fees, this is a matter
that exist between Crosby and the city. Typically, when cops get sued
while performing their duties, many cities have covered the legal
bill for the Cop. Even when the Cop was unable to seek the money from
the plaintiff when he prevailed. This decision does not obligate
Crosby to personally pay his own fees it simply prohibits Crosby from
collecting those fees from the Plaintiff.

THIRD: Crosby and the Plaintiff will share in the "court cost" of the
appeal per the decision. Cost of the appeal does not mean Attorney
fees. So while Crosby has made a bunch of foolish comments, the
record does not contain clear and convincing evidence that Crosby's
conduct or statements constitute `corrupt or fraudulent abuse of his
powers' as mayor or that Crosby `knowingly or willfully engaged in
misconduct of office."

FOURTH: You must realize that this ouster battle is over unless
Crosby chooses to make a claim that the plaintiff's brought the
ouster for reckless or malicious purposes. I think that they had a
good faith claim based on his sometimes foolish comments. The court
however disagreed. The only other claim he could raise at this point,
would be claim that participants who gave testimony or depositions,
knowingly lied. If this could be proven, Crosby would then be in the
drivers seat to seek huge damages from those folks.

FIFTH: Perhaps now we should band together and simple vote him out if
this is the will of the majority. Majority rules at election time,
not minority at ouster time. It seems that the only victims now are
folks who want roads paved and Coopertown families that want a high
school.

FINALLY: rest assured, this is not the end of Crosby's legal battle.
Crosby will pay me and my family. The sad part is Crosby will never
pay a dime it will be the Citizens of Coopertown and some state
insurance company.

Creditability, The lesson for the day

You are most correct. I had considered contacting some former
officers in addition to the 5 that were recently fired. The problem I
keep running into is that Crosby hired or managed "some" incompetent
Police Chiefs who in turn hired "broken toys" as Crosby calls them.

You see creditability and "outstanding officers" are
individual traits. Just because we wore a badge does not make oneself
credible or outstanding. The court of appeals kinda drove that point
home.

That whole police department has been an embarrassment to the
city. We keep hiring folks who have been the rejects from other
agencies. When we discover why and fire them, they sue!!!

I have a legitimate claim and the response I get is: "here
goes another one trying his luck, at the lawsuit wheel of fortune"

If you know any former officers that were fired, and who are
credible and outstanding I would love to join forces with them. The
problem is that is not the case recently. A few former officer I
contacted left of their own accord to pursue better opportunities ,
and some stepped down in pay and took steps backward when they saw
the axe coming. Officer Baggett is an example of a fine officer who
is credible and outstanding moving up to a better paying agency.

Peggy Ruth realized Danny was trying to hire an incompetent
Police Chief. She went to Portland and did her homework and voted NO
TO BILL RUSH when Crosby made the motion in May, 2007. The only
confusing part is now she seems to be opposed to his firing.

Next we have the KEITH RAY fiasco, The city should be most
grateful that he was not still working here when he got arrested.
Rush knew about this pending case and hired him anyway. Remember the
gut feeling.

Getting back to some former officers, We have Dustin Rush,
son of Chief Rush who was fired for playing fantasy football on his
computer during working hours when he was not napping side the road.
He "resigned" from Galitan PD after him computer escapades at that
agency, in addition to showing his manhood to his co-workers in a
lets see who's is bigger contest.

I have no idea what the City's issue was with Wagner, perhaps
Gordon can touch on this. He comes highly recommended from the other
agencies he has worked at. Springfield, Greenbrier, Ridgetop and
RCSO. A well rounded county man. I am a little baffled why little
Coopertown had Captains lieutenants and deputy Generals to begin with.

Angie Silva was not a certified officer, I guess the question
in mind is can she be certified and is she working somewhere now. Why
did Coopertown need cops so desperately that we would chance bad
blood with the Highway Patrol hiring a fired Trooper, Twice!!!

Shane Sexton seems like a good cop, what happened here??
Crosby claims he never did anything. He had mounds of proof during a
city board meeting of his incompetence. Being incompetent or lazy
does not make you not creditable. Maybe we should contact Sexton.

So you see I think that those of us who want Crosby's head
need to focus of election campaign efforts and not frivolous
lawsuits that only victimize the citizens. These claims only make it
more difficult for folks like myself who have a real beef with ole
butterball. I have never been fired or forced to retire/resign. On a
final note I am discovering that only a TINY handful of people read
this forum to begin with and I just might wasting my time trying to
broadcast my message of salvation here

Peggy did a fine job posting what I feel is a magnificent resume. I
have found that some of our most intelligent people with the greatest
ivy league educations, make the most foolish mistakes. They further
lack good common sense. All must remember that politicians attempt to
discredit each other daily with lies and twisted versions of the
truth, often times leaving out vital facts.

If Crosby can prove only one direct lie from anyone in the whole
process, they will probably pay him. This will show malicious
intent. I do however think the ouster appeal ruling protects many
parties from further "vendetta filings". Col. Ruth is far more
intelligent to run for mayor and suffer the abuse of political hate
games for $2400.00 annual salary. I do think he should apply for the
Police Chief's job.

Coopertown does not need Eisenhower to run the Police Dept., nor does
the city need Ed Koch to be mayor. It just needs some good hearted
civic minded people who care about the city, absent of a personal
agenda. The true and only voice will be heard on election day.

The only thing I just can't seem to grasp is how a dumb ass county
dirt digger continues to win out over the lawyers, Christians, police
officers and now self published ivy league educated Alderman.

Crosby's legal fees

The board DID vote to pay Crosby's legal bills. I must defend Crosby
when possibly correct. Crosby did not vote to ouster himself. This is
an action brought on by 1 board member and a few citizens. These
folks did bad homework, got poor legal advice and went forward
without their ducks swimming in the right direction. IE they screwed

AS I said before you let little Danny Dirt Digger beat you. The big
court said no misconduct in office, PERIOD. The folks who tried to
alter election results at the court house rather than the election
box are the ones who cost the city the money.

With this in mind I have two possible solutions. If Crosby is so
terrible that he should have been oustered and is just a slick
willie, we need to ponder the obvious. (remember the Clinton
impeachment) He must have paid off the judge(s). Now for the test
question will Peggy Ruth explore and investigate this possibility.

Possibility #2: Peggy Ruth and Sam Childs conspired to change the
election with twisted events, poor investigation and weak facts and
moved forward. This certainly was not voted on by the board. Was the
city attorney consulted??. If you do your homework and look at your
wife's deposition you will see that she moved forward on her own
without the city attorneys blessing. She further admits she lied to
the TBI. This deposition is not a secret document. Just do your own
homework as I do. She was not silent that fine day. I call upon Larry
Mulstadt to ask Peggy (and the other participants) not Danny to
reimburse the city. Danny did not bring this poorly planned attack to
court. Remember folks research is not asking Danny, Peggy or Sam.
Research is reading public record documents.

OK Danny, my man & I just read your post. I have formed my opinion of
Mrs. Ruths motivations. Peggy wants you out as Mayor. I will bet the

Coopertown never envisioned one problem. The citizens of Coopertown
paid his legal bills.!!!

Now we have that Hatfield & McCoy dilemma. Peggy will continue to force
Danny out. The board will vote to cover his legal cost. Danny will try
to get Peggy and she will seek revenge by voting down everything the
