As reported in the RCTimes...

The Coopertown Police Department arrested 39 defendants with 54 criminal charges, seized 133.10 grams of marijuana, answered 140 calls for service, 23 calls to assist other agencies, and 68 calls to assist citizens in the month of June. The calls for service included 15 vehicle crashes.

The patrol division’s traffic enforcement resulted in the average speed over the posted speed limit for a citation issued was 17.5 mph, and 44 percent of vehicle stops resulted in warnings.

• June 10, Paul R. Callis, driving on revoked license.
• June 10, Israel S. Cruz, driving on suspended license.
• June 10, James N. McDowell, driving on suspended license.
• June 13, Joshua J. Vesper, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• June 14, Michael T. Johnson, driving on suspended license, unlawful possession of a weapon.
• June 14, Jose M. Silva, DUI-underage, driving without a license.
• June 14, William J. Platt, driving on suspended license.
• June 14, Lolita M. Harney, driving on suspended license.
• June 16, Elsie R. Privette, driving on suspended license.
• June 17, Tara G. Hendrickson, driving on suspended license.
• June 17, Jose A. Nolasco, driving on revoked license.
• June 17, Justin M. Lehman, driving on suspended license.
• June 18, Trina Clay, outstanding warrants in Cheatham and Maury counties.
• June 20, Sean C. Summers, DUI.
• June 20, Antonio D. Gray, driving on suspended license, criminal impersonation.
• June 20, Chauncey L. Brown, criminal impersonation.
• June 21, Christopher J. Bruggeman, underage consumption.
• June 21, Donald L. Helgemo, DUI-underage.
• June 21, Jack Buford, no driver’s license.
• June 21, James T. Curtis, DUI second offense, possession of schedule VI controlled substance for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container, reckless driving, implied consent.
• June 21, Phillip G. Williams Jr., simple possession schedule VI controlled substance.
• June 22, Tina F. Whitehead, driving on suspended license.
• June 23, Raymond L. Sweatt, driving on suspended license.
• June 24, Jaiquinton D. Wordlaw, possession of schedule VI for resale, controlled substance.
• June 25, Michael W. Pardue, theft of motor vehicle.
• June 27, Dario P. Perez, DUI.
• June 27, Michael T. Johnson, driving on suspended license.

What is this all about? I would like to see the details of: answered 140 calls for service, 23 calls to assist other agencies, and 68 calls to assist citizens in the month of June.

Yea Right! I don't doubt the RCTimes but I doubt thier information. If that is the case Coopertown has one of the highest crime rates in Middle Tennessee. Shame on you Danny Crosby!!!

How many of these where on the interstate 24 and how many where actually on the main streets of Coopertown. Why they orginal cause and charges for the charges published and arrested for? Yes I am more interested in the activities in our town not the interstate. But they don't feel we need this information. Hey Chief start breaking it down and you might earn the respect you so desperatly request. There had to be more charges have to be charged other than your 24 blitz
